GET Club Lounge

The GET Club is a purpose-built private lounge providing a discreet space for ministers, ambassadors, CEOs, and other senior executives to relax and network away from the media and the hectic pace of the conference and exhibition floor.

Guest can choose to interact with each other or use our complimentary WiFi and business centre to catch up on the day’s events and stay connected. To ensure visitors are fully refreshed, catering is provided throughout the day offering locally sourced, high-quality menus.

Within the GET Club Loung, the most influential players working across the energy transition will be invited to convene in a series of invitation only leadership roundtables to be held under the Chatham House rule.

Private meeting room suites are also available within this first-class hospitality area.

While there is no admissions policy, the expectation is that guests will mainly include Ministers, Government Officials, Chairpersons, CEO’s, CFO’s, COO’s, Directors, MD’s, Owners, Partners, Presidents, Politicians, Academics etc.

Admittance is managed on a case-by-case basis.

Leadership Roundtable Programmme

As part of our strategic content programme, GET will curate six leadership roundtables, hosted in a discrete quarter of the GET Club Lounge. 

The purpose of the roundtables is to create a space for frank and necessary discussion, among the highest level of Congress attendees, on the future of the global energy transition. 

Participation will be agreed by invitation only, with a maximum of 30 contributors per session. A summary of the discussion will be published shortly after the event. In adherence with the Chatham House Rule, individual contributions to these discussions will be recorded but not be attributed, thus creating an environment conducive to the open exchange of opinion, that will ultimately enhance wider understanding of the energy transition. 

The individual roundtables are sponsorable, offering our partners an opportunity to position themselves at the leading edge of the debate on collaborative climate action. With the support of our content consultants, the GET Conference Director will work closely with sponsors to finetune the themes of their roundtable and identify invitees. The resulting white papers will be branded with the respective sponsors’ logos. 

Working with our partners to deliver world class thought leadership, we will:

 Define the theme and content of the roundtable.

Develop a mutually agreed list of invitees.

Source an expert roundtable moderator.

Record the discussions and draft an initial white paper. 

Produce a final report of the highest quality, and push it out to our global network of energy transition experts.
