Caty is a sustainability professional and an entrepreneur with 20 years of experience working across international development, environmental conservation, events and enterprise education. Having notably launched the Oxfam brand in Switzerland, and raised finance for ocean protection in Mozambique, Caty holds an extensive network of collaborators across the sustainability ecosystem. She is the Co-Founder and Director at Intaconnected, a next generation consultancy that is empowering organisations to accelerate their Pathway to Net Positive impact and co-creating innovative solutions to contribute to a regenerative global economic model.   

She is a regular panel speaker and is an advisor to South African environmental science NGO Alliance Earth, Geneva based development NGO One Action, and Fresh Directory, a start-up platform enabling sustainable food sourcing and delivery from local producers, to communities, at scale.  

Caty is certified in Regenerative Economics with the Capital Institute, Leading Sustainable Corporations with Said Business School, University of Oxford, and Business Sustainability Management with Cambridge University’s CISL. She also holds a BSc in Geography and French Science from the University of St Andrews.
