Sandra C. Chukwudozie is the CEO of Salpha Energy, and on a mission to deepen access to affordable solar solutions in Nigeria’s poorest communities. She is globally and culturally competent with an outstanding record of achievement in implementing new business strategies, delivering innovative solutions, and facilitating operations.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Manchester, and a Master’s degree in International Oil and Gas Management from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) University of Dundee.

Prior to Salpha Energy, Ms Chukwudozie worked with the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation as a Sustainable Development consultant, with a focus on Clean Energy and Energy Efficiency in Industrial Development for Developing Countries.

She also worked in the Office of the Director for the General Assembly and ECOSOC Affairs Division at the United Nations Headquarters. She made significant contributions in mobilizing and coordinating political support to the office in the context of the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Here, astounding professionals who are renowned personalities in today’s society directly mentored Ms Chukwudozie.

Sandra has been featured in Forbes 30 Under 30 in the Energy category. Sandra is also certified NLP Master Practitioner from the NLP Centre of New York which enables her to understand and implement holistic health, coaching, and behaviour change.

Equipped by the diversity of her accomplishments, she offers a fresh, practical and futuristic paradigm in tackling the problem of energy poverty globally. As a firm believer in continuity, Sandra also advocates for young people's’ skills and talent development.
